Information provided by you, to East Lancashire Scouts, by means of the East Lancashire Scouts Website, will only be used by members of East Lancashire Scouting, and the Scout Association for bona-fide Scouting Purposes.

Information so collected, may be in the form of data entered by you, by the use of an on line form, or page usage statistics collected by our Web Servers which we may, at our discretion use to monitor the usage of site.

No information collected from yourself using our site by any means will be passed to any third parties without us firstly obtaining your express permission.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists are provided with an open subscription policy, allowing any interested parties to subscribe to share information on the theme of the list. Membership details of these lists will not be made available to any third parties.

Due to the open nature of these lists, East Lancashire Scouts cannot accept responsibility for the content of any messages posted to these lists, and must stress that any postings to these lists only represent the views of the poster, and not those of East Lancashire Scouting, or the Scout Association.

Anyone found posting inappropriate material to the Mailing Lists provided on the East Lancashire Scouts website will be blocked from future postings without exception
